Look out for seminars, activities, people, books etc related to your work to keep you motivated throughout. Motivation will help your develop better concentration powers that will accelerate your journey to the achievement of your target.

Tip: 4 Find and Finish the Reason

Look out for instances where you tend to feel lazy and kill those reasons. Read a book even if you don’t want. Go out to shop even if you don’t want. Do assignments on time even you don’t feel like. Action is the best inspiration. Gear up by telling yourself “I want to do this now and I will relax later”. So don’t think, do the task now if you don’t want to be caught in the claws of laziness.

Tip: 5 Reward yourself for everything you do

Give yourself a nice treat after a long day work. Reward yourself by watching your favorite movie or eating at your desired joint. This will keep you enthusiastic for the next task. This process of working and rewarding will keep you confident, and that is the cure for laziness. Never punish yourself for any target that you fail to achieve as this will create negativity in you leading to avoidance of work.
