KBNCE Gulbarga Alumni Jeddah Chapter felicitates Mohammed Abdul Nayeem at annual general meet

Jeddah: Khaja Banda Nawaz College of Engineering (KBNCE) Gulbarga Alumni Jeddah Chapter celebrated its annual general meet at Hotel Ramada Continental.

Mr. Mohammed Abdul Nayeem, General Manager of MASAH Specialized Construction Company, attended the event as Chief Guest, while Mr. Abdul Majeed Bathrudeen, CEO of Universal Inspection Company, and Mr. Mohammed Abdul Rehman, General Manager of TA Infra Projects Saudi Limited, were the Guests of Honor, and the function was presided over by Mr. Syed Nasir Khursheed, President of the Alumni.

Chief Guest Engr. Mohammed Abdul Nayeem is also an alumnus of KBNCE Gulbarga, and a highly successful Indian entrepreneur in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, emphasized the significance of willpower in achieving life goals, and advised the attendees to be sincere, industrious, quality conscious and generous in life, and to work regardless of age. As an inspiration he highlighted his journey from an employee to a successful entrepreneur, and owner of a multibillion projects company in a country where he began his carrier as a foreigner engineer. The audience applauded when he briefed them about his accomplishments, current and forthcoming projects in KSA and in India. He stated that KBNCE graduates are talented, and he has more than ten out of 140 engineers are in his company, and that they are all highly successful.

While addressing, President Mr. Syed Nasir Khursheed thanked Mr. Mohammed Abdul Nayeem for taking time out of his busy schedule to attend this event. He praised the chief guest’s thought-provoking ideas on how to be a successful entrepreneur which may definitely inspire our youth.

He also informed audience that Mr. Khusro Hussaini Sajjada nasheen recently during his visit to Umrah, while meeting in Jeddah appreciated the activities of KBNCE Alumni and wished all of us for successful event. 

President Nasir Khursheed appreciated the performances of speakers and presenters, and he thanked UIC General Manager Mr. Abdul Majeed Bathrudeen for his continuous support as sponsor to the Alumni. He also encouraged Alumni members to contact UIC whenever they require services, as UIC has a good reputation in the kingdom for providing high-quality services.

Mr. Syed Nasir Khursheed announced the appointment of new executive committee office bearers. Mr. Saleh bin Ali is the president, Mr. Syed Mohiuddin and Mr. Mohammed Yahiya are the vice presidents, Mr. Amjad Ali is the General Secretary, Mr. Mujtaba Yaseen is Joint Secretary, Mr. Abdul Ameed is the Treasurer, Mr. Mohammed Aejazuddin is the Chief Coordinator, Mr. Mushtaq Ahmed is the PR Coordinator, Mr. Mohammed Zubair is the Coordinator for Dubai, Mr. Abubakr bin Hussain is the Coordinator for Riyadh, and Mr. Hasib is the coordinator of Yanbu.  Mr. Iqbal Ali Khan, Mr. Syed Vaseh, Mr. Safi Baheer, and Mr. Rafiullah were nominated to serve as the executive committee members.

Event sponsor Mr. Abdul Majeed Bathrudeen CEO Universal Inspection Company (UIC) delivered the presentation about his company, profile, quality standards and tools and technology. He informed that UIC has expanded their geographic presence in Malaysia and various parts of GCC, Bahrain, Kuwait Qatar and Oman and looking forward for expansion to other regions as well.

He also emphasized to the Muslim community to participate in the UPSC examinations, he emphasized the importance empowerment for the community rather than getting employment. He also expressed the importance and benefits of Fajar prayer as most Muslim families are missing the blessings & rewards of Allah for this world and hereafter.

Mr. Mohammed Aejazuddin gave a presentation on alumni and KBN Engineering College, highlighting the activities of the KBNCE Alumni Jeddah Chapter as well as the organization's structure, aims and objectives. He also explained the importance of time management and prioritizing the goals. 

Mr. Amjad Ali, the Coordinator, gave a presentation on teamwork in which he explained how a team can be more productive by working with a proper action plan. He also stressed the highlighted importance of soft skills by using the podium as an example.

Mr. Saleh bin Ali, Vice President, gave a presentation on emerging technologies in architectural engineering and construction, by giving examples of Parametric and Generative designs, and BIM design criteria, as well as an intriguing film to illustrate the audience about Future world 2070 vision of American Society of Civil Engineers.

Guest speaker Mr. Mohammed Abdul Bari, Project Management Head, delivered a presentation about MASAH specialized construction company and explained how Mohammed Abdul Nayeem’s vision and hard work provided growth for company from execution of small projects to high rise sky scrapers gold LEED projects. 

The chief guest Mr. Mohammed Abdul Nayeem and guests of honor Mr. Abdul Majeed Bathrudeen, and Mr. Mohammed Abdul Rehman were presented mementoes as token of appreciation for attending the event. Mr. Mohammed Yahiya, Mr. Iqbal Ahmed Chand and Mr. Mohammed Abdul Haseeb were presented mementoes as token of appreciation for their services to the Alumni. Mr. Mohammed Aejazuddin, Mr. Amjad Ali, Mr. Saleh Bin Ali and Guest Speaker Mr. Mohammed Abdul Bari were presented mementoes as token of appreciation for delivering presentations. 

The newly elected executive committee members, Mr. Iqbal Ali Khan, Mr. Rafiullah, Mr. Syed Vaseh, and Mr. Safi Basheer, expressed their pleasure in becoming an integral part of the Alumni, saying that the Alumni's vision, mission, and objectives drew them to join the executive committee.

Mr. Mohammed Abdul Ameed, the Alumni Treasurer, served as the master of ceremony, and he expertly conducted the entire event. At the end, he was presented memento as token of appreciation for his outstanding performance.

The program began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur'an by Mr. Abdullah Mateen.

Mr. Mohammed Yahiya Chief Coordinator, gave an official welcoming address. He appreciated the presence of dignitaries and honorable members by sparing precious time.

Event was concluded with the vote of thanks by Joint Secretary Mr. Mujtaba Yaseen.  He expressed his deep gratitude to Chief Guest, Guests of honor, sponsor and all the guests from Jeddah, Makkah and Yanbu. He thanked presenters and other speakers for the quality of their presentation and the knowledge delivered. He praised the efforts of the executive committee to organize such a professional event.

On April 27, 2025, the Consulate General of India in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, in partnership with Ekata (Unity) and Aim India Forum, organized a vital health and financial awareness session at the PAN Gulf Labour Camp in Sharjah, UAE.

This event aimed to educate blue-collar workers on important health and financial matters, providing them with practical information to better manage their well-being and finances. Shaikh Muzaffer, the Founder President of Aim India Forum, expressed his gratitude to Mr. Anshul Gupta, CEO of Pan Gulf International Metals Industries UAE, for facilitating the platform, and to Dr. Satish Krishnan, Neurosurgeon at Al Qasimia Hospital Sharjah and President of the EKATA group, for his excellent coordination of the event.

The Consulate General of India invited the Aim India Forum to conduct informative lectures on various crucial topics, including financial scams, economic crimes, cyber fraud, SIM card fraud, and the dangers posed by fake recruitment agencies. Shaikh Muzaffer from Aim India Forum, alongside BCCI President Mr. Hidayath Addoor, also participated in a focused discussion on SIM card fraud and its risks.

The session concluded with important remarks from Shri Yatin Patel, the Deputy Consul General of India to Dubai. Shri Patel highlighted the significance of timely passport renewals and the need to protect passports as a form of identity. He also cautioned against scammers who target blue-collar workers, exploiting their identities to obtain illegal loans from banks. He urged all workers to remain vigilant and avoid falling prey to such fraudulent activities.

Mr. Deepak Dagar, Vice Consul for Labour and ICWF at the Indian Consulate, was also in attendance, adding valuable insights and contributing to the event’s success. This informative session provided blue-collar workers with essential knowledge to safeguard both their health and financial security in their daily lives.

Riyadh: Prime Minister Narendra Modi's recent visit to Saudi Arabia on April 22 marked a significant step in reaffirming the enduring friendship between India and the Kingdom. During his visit, PM Modi engaged with leading Indian-origin business figures, highlighting their pivotal role in Saudi Arabia's economic growth.

Among the distinguished attendees were Mr. Ashif Karnire, Chief Executive Officer of the prestigious Expertise Group, and Mr. Anshif Karnire, Chief Strategy Officer of the group, whose participation underlined the vibrant entrepreneurial spirit of the Indian community in Saudi Arabia.
