Karwar, December 14: Sunil Kumar Sahu, a C-1 level officer of the Kadamba Naval Base, allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself in the forehead on Tuesday night.
Sahu, 21, was working on a patrol boat at the Naval Base and was a native of Odisha.
