Clerk dies three months after suicide attempt

Manipali, April 20: A clerk working at a high school at Kasargod, who had attempted suicide by consuming poison in January, died at his home in Shirali on Wednesday.

52-year-old Manjunath Mandu Naik has taken poison on January 23 after returning home from work.

He was being treated in a hospital in Manipal. Bhatkal police are investigating the case.
