Belgaum (Karnataka), May 31: Ten persons were killed and two others injured in a collision between a car and a goods carrier at Nippani town in the district today.
Eight persons died on the spot while two succumbed to injuries at a hospital, police said.The two injured have been hospitalised.
The victims were on their way to Goa after a trip to the pilgrim town of Shiradi when the mishap occurred, police said.
