Bengaluru, Sep 18: Police have nabbed three people and recovered from them 124 bundles of foreign Cigarettes worth about Rs 5 lakh.
Police said on Tuesday that the arrested were identified as Amjad Pasha, Satish Kumar and Jayanti Lal.
The trio were moving in a suspicious manner when night beat Police got message about they were trying to sell imported Cigarettes with out health warning on the packs. On interrogation it was revealed that they were purchasing them from Mubarak of Tamil Nadu for sales in the city.
