Highly accomplished Civil Consultant Dr. Premananda Shenoy addressed the II PUC students of Expert Pre-University College, Kodialbail during the second session of EDU-PATH-2019.
EDU-PATH is an extensive career guidance lecture series which focuses on imparting detailed and current information on all the options in higher education.
In his lecture, Dr. Premananda Shenoy highlighted that the field of engineering is benefitting mankind by using scientific knowledge and innovative thinking. He said that new engineering jobs are constantly appearing alongside new and novel technologies.
Speaking specifically on the versatility of Civil Engineering, he outlined the benefits of choosing it as their career. He spoke about the wonders of Civil Engineering, detailing the most unusual buildings around the world. This was followed by an interactive session in which the resource person answered numerous questions pertaining to the engineering field.
Prof. Ramachandra Bhat, Principal Expert PU College and other teaching staff were present. Tina Benita Rego welcomed the guest and compered the programme.
