Dubai: KSCC hosts fitness event at Al Mamzar beach

Dubai: The Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum has initiated the Dubai 30x30 fitness challenge back in Dubai, an initiative to give 30 minutes of people’s time in exercise for 30 days to make people aware of fitness.

In the beginning, Mohammad Ismail, President of KSCC, spoke about maintaining health and one-month campaign initiated by the crown prince. He has requested all the participants to exercise regularly in our life and has also provided us some useful information on maintaining health. The event had been started with jogging and exercise. In the KSCC Dubai Fitness Challenge-2019, about 150 people have taken the initiative to participate in the 30x30 challenge.

Mr. Ziauddin, the KSCC club's vice president has welcomed the gathering at the program. The Club manager, Mr. Mohammad Shafi has organized the event.

The remaining events of the campaign will be held at the same venue on October 25th, November 01st,and 08th, the grand conclusion ceremony will be held on November 15th. The organizers have planned to conclude the event in a grand way. KSCC has thanked participants for joining the first session and has also requested the participant to attend the upcoming event in huge numbers.
