Dubai: Karnataka Sports and Cultural Club participated in spectacular event Fashunity – 3 Exhibition launched by the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Islamic Culture in Celebration for the Year of Zayed 2018 on March 22 at Al Mamzar Park, Dubai.
The 3 day exhibition of modesty and culture of 17 countries gathered in Dubai to showcase their culture and heritage.
Karnataka Sports and Cultural Club (KSCC), a social club registered with the Community Development Authority (CDA), Government of Dubai, UAE arranged the 'Indian Pavilion' in a theme of Year of Zayed which showcased the physical features of India with traditional articles, food, and souvenirs of famous landmarks and attractions of the UAE and Indian.
Indian Pavilion was inaugurated by Mr. Jasim Mohammad Al Khasraji , Acting Executive Director of IACAD. Indian pavilion was beautifully designed by KSCC, where the children’s wearing traditional dress indicating different culture of India to welcomed the visitors.
'Fashunity' aimed to revive various cultures and remind people of their origin while in the UAE, a melting pot of diverse cultures. The diversity of the Emirates includes people from the Philippines, China, Indonesia, Kazakhistan, Krygystan, Morocco, Poland, Sudan, UAE, Mexico, Peru, Ukrain, Pakistan, Ecuador, Ghyrgystan, China, and other Organizers.
KSCC presents special thanks to Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department for considering and giving opportunity to KSCC become a part of unique event. KSCC also thanks the visitors and members for their appreciation and dedicated participation throughout the event.
