You may call it family tradition. Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, former cricket captain of India went to Oxford to learn French and Arabic. His son, the current Nawab of Pataudi, andBollywood superstar Saif Ali Khan followed in his father's footsteps and went to Winchester College in Oxford after he finished school.
Now Saif wants to see his teenage daughter Sarago to Oxford to study law. Sources say thatAmrita Singh and Saif are aware that their daughter Sara might join Bollywood in the future. However, as of now Saif is keen that Sara should go to Oxford as is family tradition. We hear from an insider that Saif was in the US when recent reports saying Sara had already signed a film appeared. He was quite upset with this bit of information.
Our source adds, "Saif will not oppose his daughter's decision to join movies if she so desires. But as of now, he feels that his daughter, who is just 16, should ideally go to a university, finish her education and then move on to films."
