Fashion depends on a steady restoration of thoughts, a consistent refreshing of ideas and style and fashion curators are the brains behind these spectacular ideas for the fashion runway. Nishankh Sainani, is one of those inventive and artistic design curator, fashion stylist and the originator of the company, Let’s Talk Fashion. He is the face behind many fashion designers that we see on the runway, be it Lakme Fashion Week or India Fashion Week and much more fashion week across India.
Nishankh who holds a bachelor's design degree and a Masters Diploma in Fashion Psychology and Styling from London College of fashion started his new venture called Let’s Talk Fashion, with the motto to consult brands and designers and style their designs which will assist them in growing their label or a brand and also in improving their business in the fashion market.
Him being men’s fashion influencer loves experimenting with his looks and creating classy and stylish trends and since the pandemic has affected the fashion industry like any other industry and to get back the design industry on track, it would be a challenge for the designers to recreate the previous collection for the upcoming season in a newer and better way. He feels that there is a need for people from the fashion industry to create something that is sustainable.
A few fashion weeks have adapted to digital platforms and the shows are taking place virtually with the help of mannequins and Nishankh feels - “ the virtual shows are a safer option but working with models, without an audience would be more feasible as it would help everyone from the industry like designers, backstage workers, hairdressers, producers, etc who are associated with fashion weeks and having these kinds of shows with proper safety measures would help everyone in the industry survive through this pandemic. This won’t be the end, we just need to adapt to the situation and come back strong.”
