Radhe Maa, who is said to be a big fan of porn star-turned-actress Sunny Leone, recently posed as a model in a mini skirt and asked devotees to pick her up.

The controversy started after Rahul Mahajan, who is famous for his stints in reality TV, on Wednesday tweeted pictures of a lady in a mini skirt and asked his followers to guess who she was.

Rahul had apparently tweeted pictures of the Mumbai-based godwoman Radhe Maa.

This self-styled godwoman has been banned from visiting Nashik during the ongoing Kumbh Mela.

The woman has been accused of instigating a family to harass a woman for dowry. A legal case under the Dowry Prohibition Act has been filed against Radhe Maa by one Nikki Gupta. Gupta also accused her husband and in-laws of harassment for dowry.

Gupta said her parents had given jewellery worth over Rs 1 crore at her wedding, but Radhe Maa allegedly had asked her in-laws to pressurise the girl for more dowry. The in-laws of the complainant are staunch believers of Radhe Maa.

Radhe Maa’s real name is Sukhvinder Kaur. She was introduced to the world by her guru Shri Shri Mahant Ramdeen Das 1008 of Paramhans Bagh Dera Mukerian, Hoshiarpur, Punjab.

Here are few interesting photos of the controversial godwoman, which has shocked several Hindus and kick-started a debate on how a woman like her can be attributed the status of a saint.

Bengaluru: Following allegations by a section of farmers from Vijayapura district that their lands were marked as Waqf properties, Karnataka Chief Minister Sidddaramaiah on Tuesday said none of them will be evicted, and notices issued to them will be withdrawn.

"No farmer will be evicted from their land. Yesterday Revenue Minister (Krishna Byre Gowda), M B Patil (Industries and Vijayapura district in-charge Minister) and Waqf Minister Zameer Ahmed Khan have jointly said that no farmer from Vijayapura will be evicted from their land," Siddaramaiah said.

Speaking to reporters here, he said in case notices have been issued to farmers, they will be withdrawn.

Responding to a question that similar notices have been issued to farmers in Yadgir and Dharwad districts too, the CM said: "I will ask the Revenue Minister to look into it, nowhere farmers will be evicted."

Seeking to clarify "confusion" over 1,200 acres in Honavada of Tikota taluk being marked as Waqf property, M B Patil had recently said it was due to an “error” in the gazette notification.

He also had said only 11 acres out of the 1,200 acres are Waqf properties, and a task force headed by the Deputy Commissioner will be formed to resolve the issues.
