Moodbidri, Jun 29: Two gold rings and a laptop were stolen from the house of Vidya Mascarenhas in Guddeyangadi in Moodbidri police station limits early on Saturday morning.
The incident occurred when Ms. Mascarenhas had locked her house and gone to her relative’s house.
Thieves broke open the rear door of Ms. Mascarenhas’s house and made away with gold rings and the laptop, the police said.
