Dakshina Kannada Automobile & Tyre Dealers’ Association felicitated Sri T. R. Shenoy, Technical Director of the Lamina Suspension Products Pvt. Ltd., Mangalore, with ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ for his extraordinary contribution to the automobile spare parts trade.
The award was given during 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Association which was held at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, 18th September 2016 at Centenary Hall of Pompeii Church, Lady Hill Circle, Mangalore. As ill health prevented the recipient from personally attending the ceremony, the formal reading of the citation was done in the presence of the son and representative Sri T. Avinash Shenoy, Director of Lamina Suspension Products Ltd.
Subsequently, the president Association Sri Maroor Padmanabha Pai, Secretary Sri K. Vilas Kumar and Editor Sri K. G. Shenoy called on Sri T. R. Shenoy on Monday, 19th September 2016 to personally deliver the honour.
19 meritorious students, who are children of association members or their employees, were also felicitated with certificates and cash awards during the Annual General Meeting of the Association.
