DU colleges release 5th cut-off list

New Delhi, July 10: Almost all colleges of Delhi University, barring a few famous and some lesser-known ones, have closed admissions to all their courses in the fifth cut-off list released late on Monday night.


Hindu College with the season"s highest cut-offs has re-opened admissions to its B.Com. (Honours) course with a significantly reduced cut-off in the range of 98.75 to 95.75 per cent. The course had initially been filled within the second cut-off list, but the college was forced to re-open admissions due to several withdrawals.


Ramjas College has failed to fill its B.Com. course and has come out with a reduced cut-off in the range of 96 to 94 per cent.


Jesus & Mary College, which had filled admissions to its Economics (Honours) within the first cut-off list, has re-opened admissions to its B.Com course with a marginally reduced cut-off in the range of 97.25 to 93.25 per cent. IP College has its Economics (Honours) course open with cut-offs in the range of 95.25 to 94.25 per cent and its B.Com. (Honours) open at 95 per cent. Atma Ram Sanatan Dharam College still has its B.Com. course open with 91.75 to 88.25 per cent. PGDAV evening college also has its B.Com. open with 84 to 81 per cent.


Among the better-known South Campus colleges, Sri Venkateswara College has its B.Com. (Honours) course open with 95.75 per cent, B.Com. with 93.75 per cent and B.A. with 88 to 78 per cent.


Barring very few lesser-known colleges, all the Science courses have been filled.
