Dammam: Team ZamZam lifted the prestigious Warangal Premier League Big Bash Cup 2015 by defeating One Hit Wonder in the final match of the tournament at the Exit 18 Al Fouzan Grounds in December 2015.
Team ZamZam which registered a 15 run victory in nail biting match justified its decision to bat first after winning the toss.
ZamZam finished with 149/6 in allotted 16 overs, while One Hit Wonder failed to chase the target which ZamZam Set for them and they lost by 15runs.
The grand closing ceremony and the prize distribution was organized in the Hotel after the final which was witnessed by hundreds of cricket fans, well wishers of WPL, teams, and guests of honours.
Mohammed Imran was adjudged man of the match in the finals. Mohammed Sami was adjudged best batsman of the series.
Chief guests on the occasion were Khaja Taher Hussain, Businessman in Riyadh and Dr Sayed Nawaz.
