Kindly make a transparent administrative works at the sub registrars office by not letting the pimps, agents or any third party personnels in to the office.
Only the buyer, seller or directly involved personnel need to be allowed for eg; old aged people need assistance, some people cant talk kannada assistance is needed. etc. Kindly make a rule as: window no. 1,2,3,4 and a sign board must be kept in the office with the clear instructions. In tjhis way corruption can be rooted out from the sub registrars office. Pl do not allow the document writer to the office and they collect the bribe money well in advance along with their fees (they dont tell the party as bribe, poor people are not even asking any questions on the charges.
sing board must say: Document writers charges....., stamp fee charges, if any other Govt charges etc. must be crystal clear. Pl try this and see the difference.
