Karwar, August 19: A giant tiger prawn caught in the Arabian Sea, off Mudga near Karwar on Saturday.

The 33 centimeter long prawn was weighing around 360 gram.

Sandeep Kodarkar, the fisherman who caught the prawn, said that he had never saw such a big prawn in his prolonged experience in the Sea.

"It was a surprise for me. I didn't know what to think," he said. "We dumped the net and that popped out on top and I said, “My god what a big old shrimp”.
