Hubballi, Oct 1: Karnataka Minister for Home G Parameshwara said on Monday that he was not aware of NIA detaining or arresting two suspects in Ramanagara District in connection to life threat to Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama, as the State government had not received any reports from the central investigating agency.
Reports said today that National Intelegence Agency (NIA) had arrested two persons in Ramanagara close to Bengaluru city for allegedly plotting to kill the Spiritual leader.
"Infact, NIA investigations will be a closely guarded secret and its outcome will be known when it is officially put out. They collect information from various sources including Interpol and do their job in a professional manner. We will disclose the details when necessary. Any allegation that Karnataka IB is unfounded in this regard,' he said.
