Train services resume after two days

Mangalore, June 20: Train services which were affected due to heavy rain and retaining wall collapse between Ratnagiri and Nivsvar railway stations on June 17 was restored on Konkan Railway route from 8.30am on Sunday. Railway authorities however cancelled train 10215 Madgoan-Ernakulam Express scheduled for the day, a press release from Southern Railway here on Sunday stated.

Train 12998 Tirunelveli-Hapa Express scheduled to leave Tirunelveli at 5.45 am on June 20 has been rescheduled to leave at 10 pm on Monday. Train 12224 Ernakulam-Lokmanya Tilak Express scheduled to leave Ernakulam at 9.30 pm on June 19 is now rescheduled and depart at 12.30 pm on June 20, and train 12977 Ernakulam-Ajmer Express scheduled to leave Ernakulam at 7.50 pm on Sunday left at 11.30 pm the same day.
