Mangalore, June 23: Those who donate blood surely won't shed the blood of others. Donating blood to an ill person, who is a bread winner of the family, is like supporting the whole family and the purpose of donating the blood should be to get rewards from Allah, said Mohammed Kunhi, Convener, JIH Youth Wing.
He was speaking on the third blood donation camp conducted by Jamath-e-Islami Hind, Bunder, at Hidayat Center.
Mukhtar Ahmed, President, Jamath-E-Islami Hind, Panemangalore, inaugurated the campaign by donating his blood while Abdusalam, district convener, Jamath-e-Islami Hind drew curtains to the campaign by donating his blood at the end.
