One of the neighbours of this ill fated old lady told mediapersons press that the lady had a property of 25 cents around her residence and had spent 40 years in this house. She did not have cordial relationships with her relatives too. Nearly eight months ago few youngsters attempted to kill her but somehow she succeeded in getting away. “The very next day we complained to the police regarding the attempt to kill the old lady, following which, the police took the lady to hospital and provided medical care”, the neighbor said.

“Two days later the old lady informed us that the same youngsters had come to her house but vacated the place when the she started screaming. At same time her hand was bleeding and we empathized with the lady by offering meals. Two days later, she was not to be seen, which made us feel she must have gone to her relatives' house”, said another neighbour.

Many youngsters smoke ganja near her house and the house is surrounded by large trees due to which we ignored the stinking smell assuming that some animal must have died, the neighbours added.
