Bantwal, July 16: Madoor Isubu, who was arrested on charges of underworld links, told a judged that he has not involved in any terrorism activities in his life and he has never been a member of any terrorist or other organisations.
Isubu, who was in police custody, was produced before Judicial Magistrate First Class Court in Bantwal on Friday.
He said that although he was an accused in few criminal cases, he has been treated as a terror accused.
He also said that he doesn't have any link with Popular Front of India and Karnataka Forum for Dignity.
Isubu also urged the court to take action against a Kannada newspaper for calling him a terrorist, due to which his family has been isolated in the society.
The judge replied that it doesn't come under his jurisdiction.
Isubu said that currently he is suffering from heart related problems and all the medical certificates pertaining to his health were in the procession of Inspector Venkatesh Prasanna.
