Mangalore, September 23: Station master of Mangalore Junction ( Kankanady) railway station Rajagopal has been suspended by the Palakkad division of railways based on charges of dereliction of duty. Due to a signal fault, the Mangalore Kabaka Puttur passenger train had run on the tracks towards Surathkal on Tuesday. Following this, the rail traffic was disrupted for some time.
A goods train from North too had reached the Junction station when Puttur passenger entered the Junction station.
