Udupi, March 16: If the former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa does not turn up for the election campaign by Friday evening, the last day for public campaign, count down for Chief Minister DV Sadananda Gowda's exit will begin, said former KPCC President Janardana Poojary.
Speaking to press persons Mr Poojary said that Yeddyurappa has decided not to sleep until he makes DVS step down to enable his re entry. Yeddyurappa thinks that CM's post is his birth right, he said.
“BJP has split in to two. In the tussle between Yeddyurappa and Sadananda Gowda the governance in the state has gone to dogs. People are fed up with BJP ruling in the state and decided to bring in a change, through the Udupi-Chikmagalur elections,” he added.
