Mangalore, Jan 28: Two persons were killed after their motorbike met with an accident at Jarandagudde near Brahmarakootlu in Bantwal on Sunday.
The deceased have been identified as rider Guruprasad Poojary (23) and pillion-rider Chandrahas Poojary (20), residents of Kuiryala.
The incident occurred when they were returning from a house warming ceremony.
Police said the rider lost control and fell in a ditch killing both the persons. A case has been registered.
