Mangalore, Jun 28: The mysterious death of a scrap trader Kudroli Rashid (48), who was running a business at central market has proceeded with arrest of his wife Naseema (38) and two of her close acquaintances.
Panambur police are on a look out for two others who have reportedly played important role in execution of the crime.
On June 20, a missing complaint was filed stating that Rashid who had been to the mosque to offer 'namaz' had not returned. However, the very next day the dead body of Rashid was recovered behind Tannirbavi forest guest house, on shores of Bengre. This had fuelled lot of suspicion.
Blood on the floor
Relatives of Rashid who were at his residence on Monday found blood stains in his bedroom. They immediately gave this bit of information to the police.
Accordingly the cops had held interrogation of Naseema from Tuesday afternoon to late evening. During the interrogation Naseema has named Salim (36) from Kannur and Mohommad Iman (32) from Udupi to have been involved in the same. The cops arrested the two.
Meanwhile Abdul and Siddiq from Manjeshwar are yet to be nabbed by the cops.
