Koppal, Jan 9: Admitting that the financial crunch has hit developmental activities, Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa on Saturday said that the government could not take up development works on expected lines.
Talking to media at Basapura private airport here, he said that due to Covid-19, natural calamity and drought the state financial position is not good enough to take up development works across the State.
He said that the foundation stone will be laid for the country’s biggest and first toy cluster here and it was intended to invite Prime Minister Narendra Modi for inauguration of the cluster.
Referring to cabinet expansion, he said that when the party high command gives green single then only the cabinet expansion will take place.
