Udupi, July 5: A youth who had been to fishing in Arabian Sea at Manoor-Padukare, near Kota was drowned in the sea on Friday morning. The deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Raghavendra Manoor He had been to fishing along with two other fishermen in a traditional boat.
