Mangaluru, Dec 31: Bharatiya Janata Party state president Nalin Kumar Kateel on Thursday hit out at SDPI over the alleged incident of raising pro-Pakistan slogans during victory celebrations in GP elections in Ujire near Mangaluru, saying the incident shown SDPI's anti-national agenda.
Talking to media, Mr Kateel alleged that the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) is now proving that they support terrorism.
"Members of SDPI can raise slogans like Bharat Mata ki jai, but instead they raised pro-Pak slogans which is condemnable. Outfits like PFI, SDPI have been involved in anti-national activities for long," he said.
He said, SDPI has played a major role in DJ Halli violence, anti-CAA riots in Mangaluru. "We will take strict action against them. Home Minister also ordered strict probe in the matter," he said.
