Ingredients:
1. 1 kg Chicken
2. Oil
3. 3 Cinnamon sticks
4. 5 Cloves
5. 2 Bay leaves
6. 2 sliced onion
7. 2 chopped tomatoes
8. 3 teaspoon chilli powder
9. 2 teaspoon coriander powder
10. 2 teaspoon zeera powder
11. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
12. 1 ½ teaspoon kasoori methi
13. 2 teaspoonTomato puree
14. 4 teaspoon cashew powder
15. 3 teaspoon fresh cream
16. 1 ½ teaspoon garam masala powder
Method:
1. Add oil in a pan. when its hot add cinnamon sticks,cloves,bay leaves let it sputter.
2. Now add onions and fry till almost brown.
3. Now add chopped tomatoes,chilli powder,coriander powder,zeera powder,turmeric powder,kasoori methi powder and mix well with 2 teaspoon water.
4. Now add chicken pieces, tomato puree, salt, little water and let it boil till chicken cooks.
5. Once the chicken is done add cashew powder,fresh cream and garam masala powder and mix.
6. Garnish it with chopped cilantro (coriander leaves).
Serve with chapatti or naan of your desired shapes.
Tip: If you want it to be healthy then you can replace fresh cream with hung curd.
