Dhaka, April 11: A 35-year-old Saudi national was killed Tuesday in an accident in Bangladesh.

Kamal Gazi, son of Md. Abdul Motaleb Gazi, went out for a stroll along the Chandpur-Comilla highway Tuesday morning, when he was hit by a pick-up. Gazi died on the spot, the Daily Star reported.

He was supposed to leave for Saudi Arabia Wednesday.

An angry mob from Chandpur town later staged a protest on the highway.
