Tumakuru, Jul 2: In an attempt to douse the fire caused by dissident MLAs in Congress party that has posed a serious threat to the 13-month-old JD(S)-Congress coalition government, Deputy Chief Minister G Parameshwara said that senior ministers from the party were ready to make way to the disgruntled legislators.
Speaking to newsmen here on Tuesday, he said that “I am not aware about the reasons behind the resignations submitted by two Congress MLAs – Anand Singh and Ramesh Jarkiholi, to their membership in the Assembly”.
He claimed that both the Congress MLAs, were constantly in touch with the BJP leaders in Karnataka.
