“Heartiest congratulations on your wonderful performance in the Central Board of Secondary Education Class XII examination this year,” the minister said in letters sent to Raqib Hasan Khan, Asif Ali, Simra Parvez and Tasneem.
“Your success is the result of your dedicated hard work and commitment. You have made your parents, school and our country proud,” Irani wrote while wishing the students every success in realizing their dreams and achieving their future goals.
The four students have been placed in the top 0.1 percent merit list of the CBSE, Delhi in the recently declared results. Raqib Khan and Asir Ali secured 100 percent marks in Chemistry and Mathematics respectively while Parvez scored 99 percent in Home Science and Tasneem 97 percent in English.
IISJ Principal Syed Masood Ahmed said he was happy over his students receiving such letters of appreciation from the Indian Ministry of Human Resource Development for the first time.
“This is a great motivation for all IISJ students, especially top scorers,” Ahmed said. He said the school was able to achieve good academic results as a result of the combined efforts of students, teachers and parents and support of the managing committee and the Indian embassy and consulate.
“We 'll continue our endeavors to maintain the school 's outstanding results in the CBSE exams,” the principal said. “This is the first time that we have received such letters of appreciation from the Indian government. This shows their keen interest in the affairs of Indian students in Saudi Arabia. It will not only motivate our students but also their teachers and parents,” he added.
The minister also handed out letters of appreciation to students in Delhi with stellar performances in the CBSE class X11 results including DAV Public School, Delhi Public School among others.
