Why is it mention ica is not needed sir? but whenever i go to the website, its always rejected? I have a valid visa untill 2022 sir. I am stuck in philippines since march almost 10 months. Hopefully we can go back before our company will cancel us. We need to work sir feed our family. Hope you can help us. I was offloaded last sept. 23 even though i have all the documents and a valid visa. We don't understand what happen.
