This type of atrocities and crimes against humanity India has become the Capital of the world, where are our leaders, IAS, IPS and PCS who have the Godly attitudes. The Indian Government has a legal obligation to look after the families of the victims. India pretend to be a civilized and Democratic Nation, the negligent conduct of the Provincial and the Central Government of India is reprehensible.I am an UP NRI residing in Canada since 1975,I frequently visit India and have witnessed absolute lawlessness in entire India,I offer my sympathy to the victims families.
