wat sort of title is this.. i guess the reporter has lost senses.. when it doesnt rain most of dem pray dat it rains, but when it starts raining few ppl (like reporter of this news) will have sme problem... he is more bothered abt ruining of crops rather than lives of ppl which is in danger if it doesnt rain....
