Nov 1: A JD(S) leader was found dead at Mukikere in Channarayapatna taluk on Tuesday. The deceased has been identified as Ravi alias Kannambadi Ravi, 46, of Lakshmipura. His body was found hanging from a tree, while his two-wheeler was lying on the ground nearby. He had been to a festival in Kabballi on Monday.
