Udupi, April 5: Unidentified thieves broke into a house at Pangala village under Kaup police station limits and took away valuables estimated at Rs. 75,000. According to the Kaup police, thieves gained entry into the house of Prasanna Mogasale between 10.30 p.m. on April 3 and 7.45 a.m. on April 4. They made good with gold and silver ornaments.
