Jeddah: The Jeddah Chapter of the Gulbarga Welfare Society (GWS) organized a dignified and spiritually uplifting Iftar gathering at the banquet hall of Village Restaurant. The event was attended by a large number of community members and distinguished guests.

Mr. Abdul Majeed Badruddin, CEO of Universal Inspection Company, attended the program as the Chief Guest, while the President of Gulbarga Welfare Society, Mr. Nisar Nawade, presided over the gathering.

The event began with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an by Shayan. His beautiful recitation created a deeply spiritual atmosphere among the attendees. This was followed by a welcome address delivered by the General Secretary of the society, Mr. Mohammed Shakeel, who warmly greeted the guests.

In his address, Chief Guest Mr. Abdul Majeed Badruddin spoke about the significance of the holy month of Ramadan, Islamic values, and the importance of serving humanity. He also posed a few religious questions to the audience, and those who gave correct answers were awarded prizes, which added enthusiasm and engagement to the gathering.

Later, the President of Gulbarga Welfare Society, Mr. Nisar Nawade, presented a detailed overview of the society’s welfare and community service activities through a PowerPoint presentation. He explained that the GWS Jeddah Chapter has been actively involved in various initiatives aimed at community welfare, supporting the needy, and providing educational and social guidance. His informative presentation was highly appreciated by the audience. On this occasion, a commemorative memento was presented to the Chief Guest, Mr. Abdul Majeed Badruddin, as a token of appreciation.

Nearly 100 guests attended the meaningful gathering and graced the occasion with their presence. During the program, Mr. Abdul Gafoor Akbar skillfully conducted the proceedings as the master of ceremonies, impressing the audience with his eloquent style of presentation.

At the conclusion of the program, Mr. Abdul Raheem expressed heartfelt thanks to the Chief Guest and all the distinguished attendees. He also conveyed special appreciation to the members of the executive committee for making excellent arrangements for the event.

The Advisor of Gulbarga Welfare Society in Saudi Arabia, Mr. Syed Nasir Khursheed, addressed the gathering through an online connection. In his message, he emphasized the importance of unity, brotherhood, and the spirit of service within the community. His inspiring message was attentively received by the audience.

Afterwards, Iftar and dinner were served to all the guests, who broke their fast together and shared in the blessings of the holy month of Ramadan.
