Udupi: A 46-year-old NRI entrepreneur from Udupi district, passed away after suffering a sudden heart attack in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, on Friday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Riyaz, resident of Deen Street in Padubidri and son of the late Idinabba.

Riaz had been living in Saudi Arabia for several years, where he initially worked before establishing his own business. Over the years, he earned recognition as a successful entrepreneur in the region.

He was also an active member of the Muhammadan Sports Club in Deen Street, Padubidri.

Riaz is survived by his mother, wife, and three daughters.

His untimely demise has left his family, relatives, friends, and the Padubidri community in mourning.
